💾 1. Digital Downloads
All products sold through our websites are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
Once a digital file (such as a meal plan, guide, or eBook) has been purchased and accessed, refunds are not available except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after download.
- Accidental purchases.
- Inability to use the file due to device compatibility or software issues.
